All our beef is hormone, steroid, and antibiotic free, grass raised and grain finished.

Please specify in your email/text if you would like to pay your $250.00 deposit online via an emailed invoice, by phone, or in person.
We pride ourselves in getting your orders ready for you in a timely manner, but due to a variety of circumstances it may take some time. You can expect your order to be ready for pick-up approximately one month from the time of ordering.

For orders of 1/4 beef, please use our pre-filled Standard Beef Cut! It is mandatory that 1/4’s are cut this way to ensure all parties receiving a 1/4 of beef get equal amounts.

If a 1/4, 1/2, or Whole beef order is a bit more than your freezer can handle, you’re in luck! We also carry lean ground beef, our homemade sausages, and a few choice steaks.
Ground Beef $8.00 per lb.: We produce a lean 90/10 ground beef in our shop that is hand trimmed, ground, and wrapped on site. We sell our ground beef plastic and freezer paper packaged in 1lb bulk.
Ribeye Steaks $21.98 per lb.: Vacuum sealed for freshness, roughly 1.5lbs per steak.
New York Steaks $21.98 per lb.: Vacuum sealed for freshness, roughly 1lb per steak.
All Beef Link Sausage:
Hot Link $10.00 per pkg of 4 links: If you’re someone who loves a little kick, our hot links are for you. They’re all beef, alder-smoked, and fully cooked sausages seasoned with the perfect amounts of crushed red pepper and cayenne.
North Country Sausage $10.00 per pkg of 4 links: If you’re looking for something a little milder, come give our North Country sausage a try! It is a deliciously garlicy, alder-smoked and fully cooked all beef sausage. All you need to do is warm it up!
Beef Offal:
We try our best to keep a supply of beef offal on hand, but accessibility is limited. Please call ahead so we can make sure we have what you need!
Beef Hearts: $15.00 per whole heart, wrapped in plastic and freezer paper.
Beef Liver: $5.00 per lb., cut and wrapped in plastic and freezer paper.
Oxtail: $15.00 per whole tail, cut and wrapped in plastic and freezer paper.
Beef Tongue: $25.00 per whole tongue, wrapped in plastic and freezer paper.
Beef Soup Bones: $2.00 per lb., bagged in clear plastic.
Smoked Dog Bones: $10.00 per bone OR $8.00 for 2 or more, vacuum sealed.
Fresh Dog Bones: $5.00 per bone OR $5.00 per lb. for bulk orders (10+ lbs.)
Beef Tallow: $2.00 per lb., bagged in clear plastic.
