Order Form Cut Sheets

CUTTING INSTRUCTION FORMS ARE DUE BEFORE OR UPON DAY OF SLAUGHTER. IF CUT SHEETS ARE NOT SUBMITTED BEFORE THE MEAT IS DUE TO BE CUT, WE WILL USE A STANDARD CUTTING INSTRUCTION FORM.

We provide cut sheets for Beef, Pig, and Lamb for you to fill out to your own preferences. If there is something that you would like from your animal that you do not see on one of our cut sheets, don’t hesitate to give us a call and ask or leave it in the special instructions box!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are receiving a 1/4 of a beef, you cannot use a Custom Cut.
When splitting a 1/2 of a beef into 1/4’s, it is imperative that the beef is cut STANDARD. This is the only way that we can assure both parties are getting equal amounts/cuts of meat.

Standard Beef Cut Sheet

The standard beef cut sheet is for all 1/4, 1/2 and whole cows. We package your order with 2 steaks per pack, 1” thick, and ground beef in 1 lb packs and roasts are 3 lbs. When splitting a 1/2 cow into 1/4’s the only option is the Standard Cut to ensure both parties get an equal amount of meat.


CUSTOM BEEF CUT SHEET

The custom beef cut sheet is for 1/2 and whole cows. You can choose how you want your beef cut and packaged. Do you want your steaks thicker or roasts bigger? You can define how much ground beef you want, etc.


PIG Cut Sheet

The pig cut sheet is for 1/2 and whole pigs only. Choose the size of your roasts and thickness of all your cuts. You can also choose to have your products smoked.


Cut Sheet

The lamb and goat cut sheet can be split into 1/4 or 1/2. Choose the thickness of your chops or steaks.


Wildgame Cut Sheet

Wildgame cut sheet allows you to specify what cuts of meat you want in custom.
