Ordering Lind’s Custom Cut Pork

All our pork is hormone, steroid, and antibiotic free, grass raised and corn finished.


Pork Pricing:

Kill, Cut & Wrap: $4.10 per lb

Smoking Fee (for Whole Pig order)

2 Hams: $40.00

2 Bacons: $20.00

2 Hocks: $10.00

Extras: $10.00-$20.00 (jowl bacon, smoked chops, etc.)

Tax on Smoked Products: 9.2%

Deposit - $250.00


HOW TO ORDER ONLINE:

  1. Download our Pork Cut Sheets listed below (if you fill it out in browser, it will not save your edits!)

  2. Fill out to your specifications

  3. Email the cut sheet to lindscustommeats@gmail.com or text the file/image to (253) 263-2673

  4. In your email/text please include: “This is a Lind’s pork order.”

  5. Please specify in your email if you would like to pay your $250.00 deposit online via an emailed invoice, by phone, or in person.

We pride ourselves in getting your orders ready for you in a timely manner, but due to a variety of circumstances it may take some time. You can expect your order to be ready for pick-up approximately one month from the time of ordering.

If a 1/2 or Whole pork order is a bit more than your freezer can handle, you’re in luck! We also carry medium breakfast sausage, all pork link sausages, and a home cured and smoked bacon!

Fresh ground Breakfast Sausage $5.00 per lbs.: Jimmy Dean can take a back seat to Lind’s breakfast sausage! Our fresh pork is ground up and mixed by hand with our custom made medium spices.

Home Cured Bacon $9.00 per lb.: Our bacon in brined and smoked in house, and we do not use any nitrates or preservatives! Once it's finished in our smokehouse, we hand slice it to a medium thickness and then wrap it up in 1lb packages. I bet a BLT sounds good right about now, huh?

All pork Link sausage:

Bratwurst $10.00 per pkg of 4 links: These bratwursts are amazing and fresh! We start with fresh pork, grind the meat by hand and apply some light seasoning. Finally, we stuff the links, vacuum seal them to ensure that they stay fresh, and they're ready for your next BBQ!

German Sausage $10.00 per pkg of 4 links: To make our customer favorite German sausages, we take fresh pork and grind it here in the shop before mixing in our special blend of seasonings and stuffing the sausage into links. But wait, we’re not done yet! We then take the extra step of lightly smoking the sausage in our smoke house to give them added flavor.

Since our establishment does not have a meat counter, all products are frozen.
